Festival Expansion
Outerwaves is a new Liverpool festival created to showcase the city’s experimental electronic, alternative-club, post-punk/darkwave and wider live underground scenes. The second edition (23–25 May 2026, Liverpool North Docks) expands with an international and local line-up, new commissions and collaborations, an open call, and a parallel talks/education strand alongside a dedicated networking day.
