Colour Of Sound
Colour-Of-Sound is a residency programme and touring network to help grassroots bands connect with local curators and develop AV commissions that tour nationally. We worked with Alphabet (hifi pub and venue) to develop the grant strategy and concept for Colour of Sound, leading to a successful £24k bid, which helped them pilot the scheme with x8 AV shows spotlighting breakthrough acts through collaborative residencies with leading visual artists. The project also included artist development programmes, partnerships with local colleges and a development budget so that Alphabet’s team could grow the touring network in year 2, seek sponsorship and expand their plans.
